Marianne and Karl Thaler took the first step into the world of gastronomy by renting the Gasthaus Alpenblick. Passionately they, as new hosts, pursued their goal of providing their guests with something really special. They made their wish come true by buying a property and building the Sportpension Thaler. They put all their heart and commitment into this house and soon it became a place, where people enjoyed spending time. A place for guests and friends. But time doesn’t stand still. And so daughter Theresa soon took part in the daily work at the house and took over the Pension Thaler in 2018. Luckily also Christoph has made his way to Thalers Mariandl and into Theresa’s heart. So today they work together to maximize your holidays. With heartfelt hospitality and love for what they do, they welcome you to your Mariandl experience.
