We would like to inform you that the following cancellation conditions apply to your booking:

Winter:

• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
• For cancellations made between 30 and 20 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 20 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made less than 6 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Summer:

• Cancellations or rescheduling up to 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
• For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the room price will be charged.
• For cancellations made less than 6 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 90% of the total price will be charged.

We recommend canceling your booking in good time to avoid any potential fees. Thank you for your understanding!

The best price

We guarantee you the best price for your room in Thalers Mariandl if you book directly with our website. That is stored in our sales software. Our promise is valid for the comparison of prices of the same room category, the same offer  and the same duration of stay. If you find your favourite room somewhere else at a cheaper rate, please contact us, so that we can keep our promise. 

Furthermore, we pamper all of you, who book directly with us, with a lot of advantages (see the following point). We are looking forward to your booking!

The reservation confirmation serves as a contract between the guest and Thalers Mariandl and obliges the guest to pay for the booked room (until further notice in compliance with the cancellation conditions). If the guest cancels the contract without complying with the cancellation conditions, the guest needs to pay and compensate for the loss/damage caused by the cancellation. We refer to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.

check-in: from 03.00 pm on arrival day
check-out: until 11.00 am on departure day

If you want to enjoy a last day of skiing, you can deposit your suitcases in our storage room on the day of your departure, and take a shower after the activity before you start your journey home.

Please pay your room bill in cash, with cash-, debit- or credit card (Mastercard, Visa)

child discount:  0-3 years - free | 3-10 years - 50% |  10-14 years - 40% | 15-17 years - 30%.

We gladly provide a cod in your room, free of charge.

We gladly welcome your dog at Thalers Mariandl. We have two special rooms on the ground floor for guests travelling with their pet. These rooms feature an own entrance and a doghouse. Dogs are not allowed in the bar and breakfast room. Thank you for your understanding. We charge a fee of € 10 (without food) per day for the accommodation of your dog.

We are a non-smoking hotel. Please go to the terrace in front of the house to smoke.
